Pioneer’s Signature Dealer Network Grows Strongly
Chelmsford-based trade fabricator Pioneer Trading has reported that the The Signature Network (http://www.signature-windows.com), the consumer marketing scheme created by the company to support its installer customers, is attracting new customers at a rate of around 4 to 5 a month since its launch. By mid November more than 25 retail companies had become Signature Installers after launch of the scheme in June.
Danny Williams, managing director of Pioneer Trading says that the investment is proving worthwhile: “At a time when retail sales are so volatile the investment required to put the Signature Network together took a leap of faith but it is now more than fulfilling our hopes. The provision of marketing support materials, a super web site and other features may not be new but we have ensured that our materials and package stand out and installers seem to agree with us. The development of ‘The UK’s Most Advanced Window’ has been the clincher – it’s a real closer.
“Those joining the Signature Network have to provide us with evidence that they, too, are a cut above to justify the support that we are offer and that makes this a real partnership. It’s working for retailers and therefore its working for us as our order book confirms.”
