  • Why do we issue a 10 year guarantee?

    How many products can you buy with a 10 year guarantee?  We are in an industry that has, for some odd reason decided to sell it’s products with a 10 year guarantee.

    Our company sells quite a lot of uPVC windows.  Our average order value for a double glazed, internally beaded, shootbolt locking window is £480 ish.  We have a minimum order value of £500, so in theory, we should never sell a one window job.  In practice, if we get a customer who dangles a carrot offering a full house full, as long as we can fit one window as a trail, we will do it.  And, this window is usually smaller than average, so is less than the £480.

  • Rome 2 Home – Final Update

    Hi All,

    Well, it’s done. We have all finished what turned out to be a mammoth task. What a great adventure we have had.

    I would like to thank GM Fundraising for all their efforts in organising such a fantastic event. Getting 18 riders and 3 support crew from Rome to Oswestry, on bikes, is no small task. The whole team must have worked very hard on it. I know that there have been a few hiccups on the way, but we did it!!

    I am feeling it now though, my legs and back side are still killing. I am trying not to sit down for too long as my legs keep ceasing up.

    Highlights
