What do you want from the NEW GlassTalk website?
We hope you like the new GlassTalk website. It has taken around 3 months of talking and then a lot of hard development work from the team at Motionlab to get the social media website to this stage.
There’s no doubt the world is changing, and people like to share their thoughts about all sorts of topics.
The idea behind this website is simple. GlassTalk is a great networking event but it only lasts 24 hours. After the last event at Daresbury Hall, the team behind GlassTalk got together and discussed how we could keep the momentum going.
So, we built a social media website which allows people to talk 24/7!
At this stage the format is simple. A bit like Facebook, you can make friends, send messages, post comments and reply to others. We’ve added this blog section where we can develop industry issues (like our ‘on the couch’ sessions) and we welcome contributions here. And, of course, you can book for the next event on March 27th, 2010.
We have ideas for how we can develop this website, but we’re really keen to hear your ideas. What do you like about this site? What don’t you like? Is there anything you’d like us to add? We’re keen for as much feedback as you can provide, so that this website becomes a really useful resource for the window, door and conservatory industry.
Thank You
The GlassTalk team

Can we have a ‘Dislike’ button please. This would be particularly useful for glazingblogger.
Yes, very amusing.
Didnt facebook have thumbs up or down or something originally and had to get rid of it? Or maybe i am imagining it…
PS – Matthew – u look like one of those dogs with a waggly head in this pic. Was that intentional?
Jon – it wasn’t intentional having my head on the picture in the first place. It was kindly added by Mr Ormand!
